So, you have your own website and at least in this adventure you are your own boss. Then you start to SEO your site and you learn that you are not. That somehow Google has actually become your boss. They determine when and if you are to make money, how you are allowed to do your job, when you can do it (as far as how fast / how often) and more. They are the mighty G and the results are free so you cannot complain when you go from 1st to 60th and didn’t change a thing.
We all know that for now, Google has the searchers. I personally believe they have initiated their own demise but that is to be seen. For now they have nearly 70% of all traffic online, right? WRONG! They have 70% of the Searches but there are many places to get traffic other than Google. I would argue much better traffic because they are not a back button away from 150 more people selling what you sell with Google Shopping in the results etc. and it is my experience that a more ready to buy less price dependent stream of traffic is readily available.
